Building Manager
Eastern Avenue Christian Reformed Church seeks a skilled, knowledgeable, servant-leading team player for our next Building Manager. In this part-time, hourly position, you will collaborate on planning, prioritizing, and implementing all building maintenance initiatives with a particular emphasis on larger capital projects. Your experience in coordinating the work of contractors, your knowledge of building systems and minor repairs, and your flexibility in meeting the buildings and grounds needs of diverse communities and events will be key to your role. As our Building Manager, you manage and maintain our facilities to ensure we fulfill our vision and mission. You embody a transformational love of Jesus Christ and share a passion for urban ministry through facilities management. Your leadership builds and nurtures a Christ-like community among our diverse worshippers. Your ability to speak both Spanish and English is a plus.
